The system of law that exists in the United States is probably the most fair and efficient that exists in the developed world. One could argue and nitpick, but it is certainly as fair as any other system anywhere else. With that said, some people and some issues still fall through the cracks. The idea behind the perfect justice system is that every wrong would be righted and every wrong-doer would be punished in a way that befits his or her crime. In reality, this does not happen because it is a dream, not a reasonable expectation.

One of the biggest problems people see these days is in cases regarding personal injury and insurance. The justice system often fails people when it comes to disputes involving personal injury, insurance, or accidents of any sort. The problem, of course, is that insurance companies often have many exceptions and differences of interpretations that their clients may not necessarily understand or agree to. This leads to disparate understandings of their coverage.
